The romantic Hotel Merlin is a lovely, three-star accommodation in the center of Prague on the banks of the Vltava River. Hotel Merlin is near the metro station "Karlovo Namesti" (yellow line B). The breath-taking historical quarters of the city are within walking distance of our cozy hotel. The picturesque Charles Bridge, the National Theatre and the Old Town Square are a pleasant 10-minute walk, Prague Castle can be reached by tram (15 minutes), and the shopping and nightlife of Wenceslas Square is just two stops away on the metro.


Hotel Merlin has a romantic atmosphere with comfortable furnishings to make guests feel right at home. Every room has a private bathroom available. Hotel Merlin offers affordable and high-quality accommodation in the heart of Prague.


Rooms on higher levels have beautiful views of Prague Castle and Hradcany, the historical castle district. We welcome small groups and recommend two rooms (four beds per room) with a shared bathroom. Rooms are quite spacious (35m2) and very inexpensive for groups.


Breakfast at Hotel Merlin is not included in the price of the room, but we are happy to offer our guests a full breakfast for a modest fee, payable at the reception. Breakfast is served daily in the restaurant Stara Doba, which is located on the ground floor of the Hotel Merlin. If you prefer to prepare your own meals, you might find one of our spacious apartments with a kitchen more suitable.


You can park on the street in front of Hotel Merlin with a parking card, which we are happy to reserve for you or in a secure garage located 100 meters from Hotel Merlin.


Our reception desk is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Check in is after 1p.m. and check out till 10 a.m.
